Rod has been involved in the roofing industry in the Pacific Northwest since he was born. His father, George Addicott was a roofing contractor based in Edmonds for over 20 years. From the day he was old enough to hold a hammer and climb a ladder, roofing has been a way of life for Rod. Carrying on his father’s legacy, Rod has proudly owned and operated Addicott Roofing since 1974. His core principals of which his father bestowed onto him are proudly applied to every job, no matter the size or cost. There is no army of sales reps selling jobs on his behalf; instead Rod and or Spencer estimated every single job, ensuring quality, fair bids and consistency.

Personal Life:
In his spare time Rod enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three children. He is an avid golfer, tennis player and skier.
Since 2012
Spencer, now serving as president, grew up in Edmonds and graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder. After spending his teenage years working at the company every summer, he officially joined the team in 2012 and now leads its marketing and project management efforts. He brings a fresh, forward-thinking perspective to the industry while consistently putting customers first. Known for his collaborative style, Spencer values the opportunity to build on the foundation his father, Rod, established as he guides the company into its next chapter.

Personal Life:
He enjoys traveling, crossfit, skiing and scuba diving. He lives in Seattle and is a Huge Seahawks fan.
Years on the Addicott team: 18
Eric is the one who coordinates and ensures the on site work goes according to the Addicott standard. He joined Addicott Roofing out of college and immediately started perfecting the trade. Eric has a keen attention to detail and takes pride in being thorough. He is an absolute expert when it comes to repairs, composition, torchdown and TPO.
Key to Success: “If you run into a wall don’t turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it”
Personal Life:
His driving passion in life is mountaineering. He is one of select few people in history to have summited the tallest 100 peaks in WA state. He has two sons and one daughter and lives in Lynnwood.
